Obsessive Compulsive Anonymous UKDo you suffer with recurrent, unwanted and unpleasant thoughts (obsessions)? Do you feel driven to perform repetitive, ritualistic behaviours (compulsions)? If you have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), we can help! Obsessive Compulsive Anonymous (OCA) is a fellowship of people who are using the twelve steps, as originated by Alcoholics Anonymous, and adapted for OCA. We hold regular meetings to help people with OCD. Most of us have found that using this programme along with our friends in the meetings can reduce or eliminate our OCD - our obsessions and compulsions.
